EcoReef® is proud to welcome Quality Roading and Services (QRS) as its newest licensed manufacturer and installer. Based in Wairoa, QRS brings local expertise and resources to the EcoReef® network, helping expand the reach of sustainable infrastructure solutions across the East Coast.
QRS now manufactures EcoReef®’s interlocking concrete modules at its Wairoa facility using locally sourced aggregate and concrete.
“This vertically integrated approach strengthens our business and supports regional development,” said QRS Board Chairman Guy Gaddum.
Led by Construction Manager Mike Wilson, the QRS team is scaling up production with a target of 20 blocks per day. The initiative builds on QRS’s strengths in quarrying and concrete manufacturing while creating new skilled job opportunities and extending its service reach into neighbouring districts.
